TEAMS OF ONE OR TWO PEOPLE WILL PREPARE PORK,BEEF AND A SIDE FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE AND VOTING AT 6:00 PM 
GUIDELINES: 
  • MEAT CAN BE SEASONED OR MARINATED AHEAD OF THE COOK OFF
  • MEAT MUST BE COOKED ON SITE
  • SIDE OR DESSERT NEEDS TO BE PREPAIRE FOR 125-150 PEOPLE/ SERVED IN A 4 OZ PORTION CUP
  • PORK WILL BE SERVED AS A SLIDER/ BUNS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE FAIR BOARD
  • BEEF WILL BE SERVED IN A 4OZ PORTION CUP
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVING YOUR END PRODUCT IF ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED, PLEASE CONTACT A FAIR BOARD MEMBER
  • THE FINISHED PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE READY BY 5:30 PM FOR JUDGEING
  • BOTH MEATS WILL BE JUDGED
  • AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CHAMPION AND RUNNER UP
  • PORK, BEEF AND SIDE ALONG WITH THE TOP PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD
