GUIDELINES:
- MEAT CAN BE SEASONED OR MARINATED AHEAD OF THE COOK OFF
- MEAT MUST BE COOKED ON SITE
- SIDE OR DESSERT NEEDS TO BE PREPAIRE FOR 125-150 PEOPLE/ SERVED IN A 4 OZ PORTION CUP
- PORK WILL BE SERVED AS A SLIDER/ BUNS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE FAIR BOARD
- BEEF WILL BE SERVED IN A 4OZ PORTION CUP
- YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVING YOUR END PRODUCT IF ASSISTANCE IS NEEDED, PLEASE CONTACT A FAIR BOARD MEMBER
- THE FINISHED PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE READY BY 5:30 PM FOR JUDGEING
- BOTH MEATS WILL BE JUDGED
- AWARDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CHAMPION AND RUNNER UP
- PORK, BEEF AND SIDE ALONG WITH THE TOP PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD
